Here is a quick duo of videos. The first is a sneaky wrist lock set up I have used over the years with varying degrees of the success. The second is a toe hold set up when someone has you in knee shield. I have not tried it out yet, but I plan to tinker with it today with my coach. The underlying principle seems solid. As someone who has used a lot of knee shield, getting the foot from your non-shielding leg stuck between your O's legs is common. This toe hold seems designed to leverage (pun intended) this situation. Let me know what you think!
