The Legendary Leozinho Is Coming to the Low Country!
Creonte and Proud?

Vieira Instructional Videos

As I mentioned yesterday, grapplers in the low country are in for a real treat next weekend when Leozinho (i.e., Leo Vieira) comes to town for a two day seminar.  If you haven't yet registered, you should do so soon.  Don't pass up on the chance to train with a legend of grappling!  That said, while there are a ton of videos online of Vieira's legendary matches with the pantheon of jiu jitsu greats (e.g., Royler, Saulo, Marcelo, and others), there is not as much instructional video. One series of videos I was able to find includes a few of the "chapters" from his Extreme Jiu Jitsu DVD. Each video runs 50+ minutes.  But it will be worth the time to study up on Vieira's approach ahead of his trip to the low country next weekend.  The three videos contain techniques for guard passing, sweeps, and mounts/back takes, respectively.  So, watch, learn, and go train!

p.s. If you learn from and enjoy the techniques shared in these videos, then you should purchase the DVD (see above)!  We should always support the icons of the sport! For my part, I am just trying to spread the word about his upcoming visit and generate some additional interest by showing folks what they have in store if they come to the seminar!
