Thanks for posting this. I too wrestled in High School and give up my back constantly. (Usually from just being sprawled on after a weak shot) I do have a strong turtle, defensively, but I need to shift my focus to being offensive with it.

It will change your entire grappling game. I use it to "sweep" or reverse position all the time. It also keeps me from having to worry so much about people passing to side control. Just follow Telles's sage advice and keep cross training!
